Staffing Guidelines 

  • Allow one Wait Staff per 30 guest if using  buffet.
  •  Allow one Wait Staff per 15 guest if using plated served meals.
  • Allow one Bartender per 50 guest for full service bar.

Paper Service & Rentals 

  • Paper Service
    Includes 6" inch plate, dinner plate, 2 forks, spoon, knife and napkin
  • Heavy-duty Plastic and chrome colored Cutlery or Recycle (compostable)
  • Sample Rental Description
    Includes China, silverware, glassware, linens, tables and chairs
    (may be reduced if using liquor service that provides glassware)
  •  Rentable items also available: BBQ equipment, Concession items, Dance floors ETC.
    (a detailed rental list is available upon request)
  • Delivery & Pickup Charges
    The rental company charges for delivery and pickups
    (depending on quantity, location and time)
